School Workshops & Programs
Specifically designed to support teenagers through the unique challenges of adolescence.
Do you want to see students, teachers, and parents flourish in a thriving school environment?
Equipping schools with science-based tools for flourishing. For more than 10 years, I have been working closely with schools to design and deliver whole-school well-being programs that educate and empower teenagers, teachers, and parents alike. These programs integrate Positive Psychology, CBT, and strengths-based approaches, making well-being a shared culture rather than a one-time activity. The initiatives I’ve developed have consistently been well-received, with students reporting improved resilience, self-confidence, and emotional skills, while teachers and parents gain practical tools to support young people. These programs are designed to be sustainable, evidence-based, and engaging, making them a proven success in school communities.
This program is about:
- Encouraging students to understand and express their emotions effectively
- Fostering empathy, teamwork, and healthy communication habits
- Teaching coping strategies for academic and peer-related stress
- Building confidence, leadership, and a growth mindset
- Creating safe spaces for reflection and interactive learning
