Positive Psychology Practitioner & Mental Wellbeing Coach

Anika is driven by the profound transformations she witnesses when people reconnect with themselves, their values, and their strengths.
Anika Kumar Vashishth is a Positive Psychology Practitioner whose work explores a question at the heart of wellbeing: what enables people not merely to function, but to flourish?
Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne, certification in Positive Education, and over a decade of practitioner experience grounded in positive psychology and neuroscience.
One-to-one practice, group programmes, parent and educator workshops, mindfulness-based experiences, and wellbeing retreats with schools, educators, parents, children, and families.
A contributing co-author to a collective book, where she wrote about nervous system regulation and wellbeing.
Anika is the founder of I AM ENOUGH | FLOURISH, a community inspired by the philosophy of Purna—a Sanskrit concept of wholeness and completeness. It reflects a belief central to her work: rather than approaching ourselves as something to be fixed, we can learn to recognise and draw upon the strengths, capacities, and inner resources already within us.
Mindfulness is woven throughout her practice, supporting presence, awareness, and deeper connection with ourselves and others. Inspired by Christopher Peterson’s principle that “other people matter,” Anika also sees relationships and community as fundamental to flourishing.
Her work brings together science, practice, and the philosophy of Purna to make wellbeing meaningful in everyday life—creating conditions in which individuals, families, schools, and communities can move beyond simply functioning towards flourishing.
Positive experiences from users who have benefited from therapy or wellness programs.

Ever since I was a child, I remember being asked the familiar question, “Is the glass half full or half empty?” It always seemed that there had to be a right answer. But somewhere along the way, I started answering differently.

“What drives me most is the transformation I see in people when they begin to reconnect with themselves, their values, and their strengths. I genuinely love the work I do, because it not only transforms the lives of the people I support, but also makes me a better person every single day.
At the heart of my work, I believe that healing is not only about addressing pain but also about discovering strengths, cultivating meaningful connections, and designing a life of balance, resilience, and fulfillment. Every session is a safe, compassionate space where people feel truly heard, supported, and guided toward growth. Deeply aligned with Martin Seligman’s 2051 vision, I bring this to life by planting seeds of well-being, compassion, and connection through my work with individuals, families, and schools.”
