05 — ServiceI Am Enough | Flourish

“A supportive circle for women navigating life's transitions.”

There are seasons in a woman's life when everything changes.

  1. CONNECTION

    Knowing you are not alone.

    Belonging • Support • Community

  2. HUMANITY

    Recognising that struggle is human.

    Shared experience • Understanding

  3. COMPASSION

    Meeting yourself with kindness.

    Kindness • Acceptance • Care

  4. REFLECTION

    Understand what you are experiencing.

    Awareness • Insight • Pause

  5. GROWTH

    Discovering new ways of responding.

    Learning • Possibility • Progress

  • Becoming a mother.
  • Marriage.
  • Returning to work.
  • A relationship is changing.
  • Children growing up and leaving home.
  • Starting again.
  • Caring for everyone else and realising you have forgotten yourself.

Or simply reaching a point where you wonder:

“Why am I finding this so hard?”

Women in an intimate, supportive conversation circle

I Am Enough — Flourish is a small-group Wellbeing experience where women can feel seen, safe and supported.

It is built around the belief:

You are already enough.

  • You don't have to have everything together.
  • You don't have to navigate difficult seasons alone.

The group creates space for:

  • Connection — knowing you are not alone.
  • Common humanity — recognising that struggle is part of being human.
  • Self-compassion — learning to meet yourself with kindness.
  • Reflection — understanding what you are experiencing.
  • Growth — discovering new ways of responding.

Across a series of six sessions, we draw from Positive Psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, self-compassion and strengths-based practices.

Participants gradually build their own personal Wellbeing toolkit for navigating everyday challenges.

The program runs twice each year.

Group reflection in the I Am Enough circle

You can't stop the waves. But you can learn to surf.

The intention isn't to create a life without difficult moments.

It is to help you develop the resources, self-compassion and community to meet those moments differently.

पूर्ण (PŪRṆA)

Wholeness |Fullness |Completeness

It is rooted in the belief that you are not broken, you do not need fixing, and you already carry within you many of the resources you need to navigate life.

Framework

Purna — You are already whole.

At the heart of my work is Purna, a Sanskrit concept that speaks to wholeness and completeness.

Across my work, I bring together Applied Positive Psychology, Positive Education, strengths-based approaches, CBT-informed coaching, neuroscience, mindfulness and self-compassion.

My role is not to tell people who they should become. It is to create spaces where they can pause, understand themselves more deeply, reconnect with their strengths, develop resilience and discover their own ways forward.

PURNA is my way of bringing the science, the tools and the human experience together. It is to help you develop the clarity, confidence and self-trust to make choices that feel more aligned with who you are and what matters to you.

The PURNA Approach

My work is guided by five interconnected principles:

  1. P — Presence

Creating space to slow down, notice and become more aware of what is happening within and around us.

  2. U — Understanding

Understanding our thoughts, emotions, behaviours, strengths, relationships and the mental models through which we experience life.

  3. R — Resilience

Developing the capacity to navigate challenges, adapt to change and move forward without needing life to be free from difficulty.

  4. N — Nurturing

Cultivating self-compassion, connection, rest, strengths and practices that nourish our wellbeing.

  5. A — Agency

Moving from awareness to choice by recognising your values, resources and the actions available to you.

  1. Presence

  2. Understanding

  3. Resilience

  4. Nurture

  5. Agency

Whether I am working one-to-one, with parents, students, educators, women, older adults or whole communities, the intention remains the same:

To help people move from simply coping with life to developing the awareness, resources and connection that allow them to flourish.

Purna is not a formula.

It is a way of approaching people with curiosity, compassion and respect for their own resourcefulness.
