09 — ServiceWellness Day Retreats

“A day to pause. Reconnect. Replenish.”

Not everyone can take a week away for a retreat.

And Wellbeing shouldn't have to be inaccessible.

  1. PAUSE

Step away from the usual pace of life.

    Space • Stillness • Breathing

  2. RECONNECT

    Reconnect with yourself and others.

    Connection • Nature • Community

  3. REST

Make space to rest and replenish.

Yoga Nidra • Deep rest • Nourishment

  4. REFLECT

Create space to reflect and simply be.

Mindfulness • Creative practices • Reflection

  5. RENEW

Leave with space to carry Wellbeing into everyday life.

    Strengths • Self-compassion • Resilience

My Wellness Day Retreats are designed as accessible, immersive one-day experiences where people can step away from the usual pace of life without needing an overnight stay.

The retreats bring together:

Positive Psychology | Neuroscience | Mindfulness | Yoga | Yoga Nidra | Creative practices | Nature | Connection | Nourishing food

A calm, light-filled room and peaceful atmosphere for day retreats

A typical day may include mindfulness, gentle movement, reflective practices, creative experiences such as pottery, group activities, time in nature and shared meals around a table.

The intention isn't to fill the day with activities.

It is to create space between them.

  • Space to breathe.
  • Space to connect.
  • Space to rest.
  • Space to reflect.
  • Space to simply be.

And these retreats can come to you.

I can create customised Wellness Day Retreats for schools, workplaces, universities, campuses and community organisations.

The experience can be tailored to your people and your goals — whether the focus is:

  • Teacher Wellbeing
  • Student Wellbeing
  • Team connection
  • Workplace Wellbeing
  • Stress management
  • Mindfulness
  • Self-compassion
  • Strengths
  • Resilience
  • Rest and renewal

Your people. Your needs. Your retreat.

Because sometimes people don't need another presentation about Wellbeing.

They need to experience what Wellbeing can feel like.

Inside Wellness Day Retreats

I am enough | Flourish®

पूर्ण (PŪRṆA)

Wholeness |Fullness |Completeness

It is rooted in the belief that you are not broken, you do not need fixing, and you already carry within you many of the resources you need to navigate life.

Framework

Purna — You are already whole.

At the heart of my work is Purna, a Sanskrit concept that speaks to wholeness and completeness.

Across my work, I bring together Applied Positive Psychology, Positive Education, strengths-based approaches, CBT-informed coaching, neuroscience, mindfulness and self-compassion.

My role is not to tell people who they should become. It is to create spaces where they can pause, understand themselves more deeply, reconnect with their strengths, develop resilience and discover their own ways forward.

PURNA is my way of bringing the science, the tools and the human experience together. It is to help you develop the clarity, confidence and self-trust to make choices that feel more aligned with who you are and what matters to you.

The PURNA Approach

My work is guided by five interconnected principles:

  1. P — Presence

Creating space to slow down, notice and become more aware of what is happening within and around us.

  2. U — Understanding

Understanding our thoughts, emotions, behaviours, strengths, relationships and the mental models through which we experience life.

  3. R — Resilience

Developing the capacity to navigate challenges, adapt to change and move forward without needing life to be free from difficulty.

  4. N — Nurturing

Cultivating self-compassion, connection, rest, strengths and practices that nourish our wellbeing.

  5. A — Agency

Moving from awareness to choice by recognising your values, resources and the actions available to you.

  1. Presence

  2. Understanding

  3. Resilience

  4. Nurture

  5. Agency

Whether I am working one-to-one, with parents, students, educators, women, older adults or whole communities, the intention remains the same:

To help people move from simply coping with life to developing the awareness, resources and connection that allow them to flourish.

Purna is not a formula.

It is a way of approaching people with curiosity, compassion and respect for their own resourcefulness.
