Students are navigating academics, friendships, identity, expectations, comparison, body image, uncertainty and decisions about their future — often while still learning how to understand themselves.
My student Wellbeing work creates a space where young people can explore who they are beyond grades and achievements.

Sessions may support:
- Confidence and self-belief
- Overthinking and everyday stress
- Emotional awareness
- Friendships and social challenges
- Identity and self-understanding
- Strengths discovery
- Mindfulness
- Resilience
- Goal-setting and motivation
- Navigating transitions
- Values and meaning
- Future and career exploration
Through Positive Psychology, strengths-based practices, neuroscience, mindfulness and CBT-informed tools, students can begin to understand:
- What am I good at?
- What matters to me?
- How do I respond when things become difficult?
- What are my strengths?
- What kind of person do I want to become?

The intention is to help young people build self-awareness, agency and psychological resources that can support them both inside and outside the classroom.
