I’m deeply honoured to be one of the contributing authors in Volume Two, with my chapter titled “The Body Knows: Regulating the Nervous System for a Flourishing Life.”

This chapter explores how our body responds to stress, why listening to our bodily cues matters, and how nervous system regulation supports a more sustainable, flourishing life.
